Ingena is a workplace management platform that provides the tools and insights needed to help those who own, operate, and use workspaces drive growth, efficiency, and success.
Ingena’s vision was to create a single-source application that brings together calendars, tasks, prompts, alerts, and operational tools into one intuitive platform, enabling customer service teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
My role focused on the development of the brand identity and the exploration of UI concepts for the platform. Working as part of a wider team, I helped establish the visual foundations of the brand, creating a modern identity system and interface concepts that balanced usability with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The work helped define a cohesive visual language across both the brand and product experience.
